Mrs. Jackson is a compassionate teacher with more than 18 years of teaching experience. She is driven to help students overcome barriers that impact learning. She is committed to student success and believes success is created through meaningful relationships. She earned her degree at Western New Mexico University where she also played tennis. She is a wife, a mom to three daughters and enjoys traveling.

Mrs. Veronica Fields
Mrs. Fields is a certified Biology teacher with more than 20 years of experience. She earned a degree in Biology/Chemistry from Angelo State University and continues to study to make herself approved in the Word and in the field of education. She is currently working toward an endorsement in Special Education. She enjoys swimming, trail running, and spending time with family.

Mrs. Julie Polanco
Mrs. Polanco is a published author, professional freelance writer and ghostwriter, and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and NASM- certified personal trainer. In addition, she has taught middle and high school age kids both one-on-one and in small groups for more than 15 years. She currently serves in her church’s youth ministry and on the worship team. She earned her Master of Science in Health and Human Performance from Pacific College of Health & Science. Mrs. Polanco is an avid cyclist, trekker, and paddler and enjoys long talks over hot drinks with her four grown children.

Math Teacher
Mr. Ross Ludwig
Ross Ludwig is a mathematics teacher and follower of Christ with a desire to help students better understand who they are, who they want to be, and identify the intermediate steps. Mr. Ludwig has been interested in teaching since he began teaching swimming lessons as a teenager, and he has taught every age and several subjects in addition to math including reading, engineering, computer science, college prep and career development in a variety of formal and informal settings. Mr. Ludwig earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois Institute of Technology in mechanical engineering with a minor in secondary math education. Currently, Mr. Ludwig also teaches robotics classes to elementary school students in the afternoon and spends most evenings in fellowship with other Christians to learn and grow in faith together as we read, pray, sing, eat, and serve together. In his free time Mr. Ludwig enjoys cooking, baking, growing plants and spending time with his niece and nephews.

Mr. Jeffery Fields
Mr. Fields has 17 years of experience serving K-12 students and their families. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling and a Master's degree in School Leadership. He is trained and skilled in building school culture/climate, restorative justice, curriculum development, trauma-informed care, mentoring/coaching, and Multi-Tier System Support. Mr. Fields is a certified K-12 Principal, K-12 Athletic Director, and Published Graphic Artist. Mr. Fields loves hiking and mountain climbing.
